We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our growing team.
What You'll Be Doing
Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent guest service
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlist procedures efficiently.
Assist in preparing and managing the Rota.
Providing friendly, professional and efficient table service.
Welcoming guests and ensuring they enjoy an outstanding dining experience.
Preparing and serving drinks from our menu.
Operating our EPOS system and handling cash/card payments.
Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant environment.
Assisting with stock control and stock rotation.
Working closely with the kitchen and front of house team to deliver excellent service.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment is essential.
Basic wine and drinks knowledge is preferred.
A genuine passion for food, drink and hospitality.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
A flexible and reliable approach to work.
A smart, professional appearance.
