Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing customers
- Support the sales team in conducting B2B and B2C sales activities, including outreach and relationship building with potential partners
- Participate in organising promotional events, campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- Engage with clients via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings to promote products or services
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks using organisational tools
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and optimise marketing efforts
- Support the creation of marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and social media content
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues
- Basic driving skills are desirable for attending client meetings or promotional events
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge or interest in B2B sales processes is advantageous
- Effective time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
