Proud to be a team of printers, makers, movers and shakers, we're looking for a Production & Purchasing Administrator to become an important part of our day-to-day operation.
The Role.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
We're looking for someone who enjoys learning new things, picking up information quickly and applying it accurately in their work. You'll be organised, detail-focused and happy to roll your sleeves up and help wherever needed.
You'll support our production, purchasing and dispatch activities, helping ensure customer orders are processed accurately, produced on time and delivered to a high standard.
Most importantly, we're looking for attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn. We can teach the rest.
What You Will Be Doing
Production & Purchasing Support:
- Generating purchase orders and maintaining accurate records.
- Tracking orders through production and helping ensure deadlines are met.
- Reviewing artwork files and supplier proofs.
- Communicating with suppliers and internal teams.
- Quality checking finished products.
- Supporting dispatch, stock control and inventory management.
- Helping maintain accurate systems and production information.
- Supporting colleagues with operational and administrative tasks.
This role includes occasional stock handling, dispatch support and lifting of up to approximately 20kg.
About You.
You don't need previous print industry experience to be successful in this role.

Previous experience in administration, operations, purchasing, logistics, customer service or a similar role would be beneficial, but is not essential.
