Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Nanny/Housekeeper to provide exceptional childcare and household management support. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills to ensure a harmonious and well-maintained home environment. Responsibilities
- Caring for a one year old, including supervising daily routines, preparing meals, and engaging in age-appropriate activities
- Assisting with homework and educational activities to support learning and development
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the household, including laundry, cleaning, and tidying rooms
- Managing household supplies and ensuring all areas are kept hygienic and well-stocked
- Organising appointments, schedules, and family-related activities with efficiency
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing household needs promptly and courteously
- Supporting management with administrative tasks using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other IT tools as required
- Ensuring the safety of children at all times by adhering to safety protocols and supervising their activities diligently
Skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and general computer literacy
- Experience in hospitality or management roles is advantageous but not essential
- Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise household staff or organise family schedules
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities within a busy household environment
