Freelance Recruiter (Work from Home)
Full time: Approx 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday)

About the Role
Serene is looking for two Freelance Recruiters to join our growing team.
This is a results-based freelance role – you are paid for the work you complete, not the hours you work.
If you are confident on the phone, enjoy speaking with people, and want a flexible, performance-driven role, this could be a perfect fit. You will receive full training and ongoing support, plus the freedom to manage your own week.
Current full time team members earn between £800 and £1,000 per week, depending on workload and performance. As your experience grows, you will have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and increase your earnings further.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen and shortlist CVs from active applicants
- Conduct professional, friendly phone screenings
- Arrange and confirm interviews
- Follow up with candidates and clients after interviews
- Keep all admin and tracking up to date
Once fully trained (with extra pay):
- Post and manage adverts across job boards
- Process CVs and maintain candidate pipelines
- Communicate directly with clients and oversee recruitment campaigns
No cold calling – all candidates apply directly via job boards. Serene does not currently offer a headhunting service.
What We’re Looking For
- Recruitment experience is beneficial
- Call-centre or phone-based experience is highly desirable
- Confident communicator with a professional manner
- Organised, reliable, and proactive
- Willing to learn – full coaching provided
