Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and attentive Night Porter to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests arriving during night hours and assist with check-in or check-out procedures as needed.
- Monitor the property’s security systems and perform regular patrols to ensure safety and security throughout the premises.
- Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns, providing excellent guest services with a friendly attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including lobby, corridors, and staff stations.
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about hotel services or directing calls appropriately.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as logging incidents or maintaining night shift reports.
- Support other team members during overnight shifts to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent guest service skills are essential for creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of security procedures and safety regulations helps ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Ability to stay alert, organized, and proactive during overnight hours.
- Excellent communication skills to interact courteously with guests and team members from various backgrounds.
