An established insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Corporate Account Manager to join its Belfast-based team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional with strong commercial or corporate broking experience to work with a varied portfolio of mid-sized and larger clients. You will support senior colleagues in delivering high-quality insurance programmes while taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of client accounts across a broad range of Property and Casualty risks.
Key responsibilities:
Manage renewals, mid-term adjustments, policy queries and general account servicing
Support the delivery of insurance programmes for mid-sized and larger corporate clients
Work with insurers to obtain and negotiate appropriate coverage and terms
Develop strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders
Provide clear and timely advice based on clients’ requirements and market conditions
Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets regulatory and internal standards
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a consistently high standard of client service
About you:
At least three years’ commercial or corporate insurance broking experience
Experience handling complex risks and the requirements of larger clients
Good technical knowledge across Property and Casualty insurance
Strong communication and relationship-management skills
Confident managing renewals and competing priorities
Highly organised, accurate and client-focused
CII qualified or working towards a relevant qualification would be advantageous
Candidates currently working within a larger commercial insurance environment may also be considered where they can demonstrate experience with complex risks and clients.
