Job Title: Part-Time Bar & Front of House Staff
Location: The Horseshoe Hotel, Egton Bridge
Hours: Part-Time (Predominantly Evenings)
About the Role
The Horseshoe Hotel is looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our Front of House team. This is a part-time role focused mainly on evening shifts, where you will be welcoming guests, serving at the bar, and helping maintain our warm, hospitable atmosphere. Full hotel-specific training will be provided, but prior bar experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve drinks, prepare beverages, and manage bar service efficiently.
- Greet guests, take food/drink orders, and provide attentive table service.
- Keep the bar and front-of-house areas clean, well-stocked, and presentable.
- Assist with end-of-evening closing duties and cash handling.
What We Are Looking For
- Bar Experience: Proven experience working behind a bar or in a busy hospitality environment (essential).
- Local Commute: Based within easy commuting distance of Egton Bridge for evening shifts and late finishes.
- Customer Focus: A warm, welcoming attitude with great communication skills.
- Reliability: Punctual, proactive, and happy working evening schedules, including weekends.
