What we’re looking for:
· Proven experience in account management or client services (2+ years preferred)
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
· Confident presenting to senior stakeholders
· Skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
· Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities
