Reporting directly to the Technical Support Manager, your main role will be to Repair, support & maintain industrial Vending Machine Inventory solutions at various customer locations across the UK. Full training & shadowing will be given to the right candidate.

What will you do on a normal day?
Repair of Inventory solution machines across the UK
Maintenance of Inventory solution machines across the UK
100% Compliance of all salesforce features
Ensuring all tasks / requests meet quality standards.
Analysing and resolving faults.
Always ensure safe working practices.
Complying with Company and on-site / customer health & safety rules and regulations.
van stock management to ensure you are carrying the right parts to achieve a first-time resolution.

What are we looking for?
Previous experience of mechanical and electrical implementation would be an advantage.
Full health and safety compliance.
An understanding of VMI industry / market sector.
Experience of working with multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional customer service experience (face to face and telephone).
Willing to learn new skills.
Knowledge of using a computer and windows software.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work on your own, and use your initiative
Hands on mechanical ability.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:

Highly motivated with strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
