This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in recruitment. This is an apprenticeship role with great progression opportunities where you will train on the job to become a skilled resourcer whilst gaining valuable experience in an upbeat environment.
Apprenticeship: Recruiter Level 3
Working hours: Monday – Friday
37.5 hours per week
Start date: ASAP
Pay: £8 per hour
Package includes:
- Complete a fully funded qualification
· Spend at least 6 of your contracted working hours studying towards your apprenticeship

The team is rapidly growing, and they are looking to expand their Stansted office with a resourcer apprentice. Requirements:
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confidence speaking to people on the phone
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Good organisation and time management
- Basic IT skills (email, internet, Microsoft Word)
Responsibilities:
- Searching for candidates using job boards, social media, and our database
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Speaking to candidates by phone, email, and messages
- Learning how to assess CVs and applications
- Booking interviews and keeping candidates informed
- Updating our recruitment system with accurate information
- Supporting consultants with day-to-day recruitment tasks
Apprenticeship eligibility requirements:
- To not already hold a recruiter qualification at level 3 or above
- To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths
- To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria
