We are looking for bank support workers to join our dedicated team in Basildon Essex. The people here like walking, shopping, cinema visits and trying to maintain as much independence as possible. We provide support with personal care, medication and all daily activities in a person centred way to best meet the needs of the people in our care.

Hours:
0 hour contract available. Pick and chose the hours and shifts to suit you and your lifestyle.
Shift pattern:
07:00 – 15:00
14:00 - 21:30
Sleep 21:30 until 07:00
Location:
This service is located in Basildon, Essex and has free private parking available.
About you:
This role is ideal for people committed to making a positive difference in individual’s lives, including experienced support workers, graduates and those seeking a stimulating career path into social care.
You do not need to have experience in mental health care or support work as we will provide full training and induction to support you in your new role.
Whether you have previous experience working in the care sector or are looking to build a career in the industry, we want to hear from you.
