Part-Time Primary Supply Teacher Job in Epsom, Surrey
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and adaptable Part-Time Primary Supply Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive mainstream primary school in Epsom, Surrey, from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident teacher who enjoys variety and is happy to work across different year groups, supporting the school wherever needed. The role may involve teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, making flexibility and a positive attitude essential.
The school is seeking a teacher with strong classroom management skills who is confident supporting classes that include pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and who can create a positive, inclusive learning environment for all children.

The Role
As a Part-Time Primary Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 as required
- Support pupil progress and maintain high standards of teaching and learning
- Create a calm, structured and inclusive classroom environment
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet a range of learning needs
- Support pupils with SEN and additional learning needs effectively
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
- Follow school policies and contribute positively to the wider school community
- Use Google Classroom and other educational technology to support learning
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Previous experience teaching within a UK primary school
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Experience supporting pupils with SEN is highly desirable
- Ability to adapt confidently across different age groups and year groups
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confidence using Google Classroom, or willingness to quickly learn and use the platform
- Patient, flexible and professional approach to teaching
- Commitment to supporting both academic progress and pupil wellbeing
