We are seeking an ambitious, professional, and highly organised
Front of House & Salon Manager:
To become a key leader within our growing business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a premium customer-service environment and is passionate about leading people, driving performance, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
You will work closely with the Salon Owner and Managing Director, taking responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operation of the salon while inspiring and supporting a talented team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing salon team.
Manage stylists, receptionists, apprentices, and support staff.
Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and team development sessions.
Monitor team performance and support the achievement of individual and salon targets.
Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative team culture.
Salon Operations
Oversee daily salon operations and front-of-house activities.
Manage staff rotas and scheduling to maximise productivity and service levels.
Ensure salon standards, cleanliness, and presentation remain exceptional at all times.
Maintain operational procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
Stock & Commercial Performance
Manage inventory, stock levels, supplier orders, and retail displays.
Support retail sales growth and service revenue targets.
Analyse key business performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Marketing & Client Retention
Support and implement marketing initiatives that attract new clients and strengthen client loyalty.
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
Utilise salon software and client data to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Contribute ideas that support business growth and brand development.
What We're Looking For
Essential
Previous salon management, assistant manager, front-of-house management, or relevant luxury hospitality management experience.
Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience managing schedules, rotas, and team performance.
Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to achieving targets.
Confidence using booking systems, email, and social media platforms.
