Job Overview
We’re are seeking Maintenance Team Member to join our talented team Langton Inn in Market Harborough.
As a part of the maintenance team, you will be committed towards ensuring our hotel is in a high state of repair and ready to wow our guests every single day. The guest's safety will be at the forefront of your thinking. Given the nature of this role it is important that you have some experience in building maintenance. Whether you are a painter & decorator, a plumber, a joiner, an electrician or even just all-round handy person.
Duties for the Role
- Fixing a broken door lock to ensure the build safety is maintained
- Touching up the paintwork to ensure it looks clean & fresh
- Mending our basic equipment where possible to ensure the teams have the tools to
- do their jobs
- Changing light fittings to ensure there is no health and safety issues and the building
- is well lit at all times of the day and night
- Using co-pilot to log any call outs, or complete regular checks that have been carried
- out by contractors
- Completing daily, weekly and monthly checks to adhere to health and safety company
- standards and escalating any risks
- Supporting additional sites when required

Salary dependant on experience
Pay: £12.76 per hour
