Salary: £70k - 90k per year

Remote based role - UK based with onsite travel - Large-scale conference production, global congresses, immersive experience builds. A Growth & Event Production Director role shaped around the right person, long-term relationship KPIs, and a business built entirely on referrals and repeat work.
- Role shaped around the right person. Scope and structure are genuinely flexible
- Long-term relationship KPIs, not short-term revenue targets
- Profit share and bonus structure discussed as the role develops
- Senior-level package commensurate with experience
The Company
This is a boutique event production agency that works exclusively with agencies, suppliers and select associations. Pure delivery and technical production at scale, with no creative or strategy overhead. Growth has come through referrals and repeat relationships rather than sales teams, and the culture reflects that: entrepreneurial, collaborative and focused on doing the work well. Senior staff are billable alongside the broader delivery team, which keeps the business grounded.
The Role
The Growth & Event Production Director is a new position created to support the business in diversifying its client base, reaching associations, medical congresses, venues, suppliers and smaller agencies, while continuing to lead complex production projects from discovery through to delivery.
- Support the diversification of the client base beyond the existing agency ecosystem
- Lead business conversations from initial discovery through to proposal and win
- Build a long-term pipeline focused on repeat relationships, not one-off wins
- Own production delivery on new and strategic accounts end to end
- Work directly with the senior leadership team to shape the new service line
- Represent the business with credibility built on deep production knowledge
The Candidate
The right candidate for the Growth & Event Production Director will have a proven track record in large-scale corporate and conference event production, the kind of work where the logistics are complex, the audiences are significant and the delivery has to be right first time. Alongside that production depth, they will have opened doors and built pipelines in a B2B environment, winning clients through expertise and relationship rather than traditional sales.
A background in sports hospitality, brand activation, medical congresses or association events would be beneficial but is not essential. What matters most is the ability to operate credibly at a senior level with new clients and the appetite to support real commercial growth. Experience working with venues, suppliers or smaller agency partners as clients is also a useful addition.
In return, the Growth & Event Production Director will find a business that backs long-term thinking, gives genuine autonomy and structures performance expectations around relationships rather than short-term numbers. If this sounds like the right move for a Growth & Event Production Director ready to take on genuine commercial ownership, get in touch.
