Full job description

Qualifications & Experience

Experience coordinating projects, programmes or operational activities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting budgets, raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate records.
Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation and administration.
Confidence working with contractors, suppliers and operational teams.
Good understanding of health & safety legislation and compliance processes.
Experience within construction, engineering, facilities, attractions, leisure or other operational environments would be advantageous.
A proactive approach, with the ability to identify risks and support effective project delivery.
