As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician / Multi-Trader to join our property management team on a long-term basis.
The Role
We are seeking a proactive, hands-on and reliable Electrician / Multi-Trader who can demonstrate initiative and take ownership of a wide range of property maintenance tasks.
Working as part of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of our properties, carrying out repairs, preparing new properties for occupation, and ensuring buildings are safe, functional and ready for use.
This is a varied role requiring someone who is practical, organised and confident working independently across multiple properties.
Your role will include:
- Carrying out general property maintenance and repairs
- Preparing vacant properties to make them habitable, including: Painting and decorating / Installing temporary electric showers / Installing temporary kitchens and basic facilities
- Carrying out electrical works and repairs
- Installing and changing locks, managing keys and access arrangements
- General plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Waste removal and maintaining properties to a good standard
- Maintaining accurate records of completed works
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Strong experience in property maintenance and repairs
- Level 3 Electrical Qualification or equivalent (essential)
- Experience working across multiple trades, including basic electrical, plumbing and general building works
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to use initiative
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively and work under pressure
- Reliable, hardworking and committed approach
- Good communication skills and professional manner
- Full UK driving licence is essential

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
