Hair Stylist/Barber Wanted – Join Our Friendly Salon Team!
Shape Hair & Beauty Lewes is looking for an experienced Level 3 qualified Hair Stylist/Barber to join our small, friendly team.
This is an exciting opportunity to take over an existing column of loyal clients from a stylist who is reducing their hours, so previous salon experience is essential. A beauty qualification would also be a distinct advantage, allowing you to offer an even wider range of services.
About You
You'll be:
NVQ Level 3 qualified (or equivalent) in Hairdressing.
Confident in ladies' hairdressing and barbering.
Experienced working in a busy salon environment.
Friendly, professional and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
A team player with a positive attitude.
Comfortable creating social media content and helping with salon marketing to showcase your work and attract new clients (desirable but not essential).
What We Offer
An initial part-time role of up to 3 days per week, with the opportunity to increase your hours as your client base grows, potentially leading to a full-time position.
National Minimum/Living Wage, plus the opportunity to earn tips and retail commission.
