We are looking for a committed individual who will take pride in maintaining our school buildings and grounds to a high standard. Working closely with the Site Manager, you will help ensure the safety, security, cleanliness and maintenance of the school premises. The successful candidate will undertake a range of caretaking duties including site security, basic repairs, health and safety checks, porterage, cleaning support and the supervision of contractors on site. Has experience of building maintenance and caretaking duties
Be able to carry out basic repairs, decorating and maintenance work
Have knowledge of health and safety requirements, including COSHH
Be organised, reliable and able to work independently
Have excellent communication skills and work effectively as part of a team
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
