Established in 2023, The Bettermeant Group is looking for residential support workers to join us. We currently have two homes which are currently graded Outstanding and Good with Ofsted. As we continue to grow this is an exciting time to be part of the TBG team!
We would welcome applications from existing residential support workers as well as those who are new to the industry or who have transferable skills within the care sector.

Role:
The roles include daily home tasks, safeguarding of our young people, reporting & recording, attending meetings with a range of professionals and taking parts in a range of activities with our young people.
We have shift patterns of 2 on 4 off or 1 on 2 off and either waking nights or sleeping nights.
Requirements:
- Required: GCSE or equivalent English & Maths
- Preferred: Full UK Driving Licence
Successful applicants will only be given a formal offer once satisfactory DBS and references are received.
Annual Salary FTE: Circa £31,000 – £33,000
Pay: £13.00-£13.75 per hour
