Our multi-disciplined teams provide a number of property services to our clients, undertaking a wide range of projects including residential/commercial/educational of varying size and complexity, resulting in innovative, sustainable and commercially viable delivery.
Role Overview:
As Business Support Manager, you will play a key role in developing and leading on change within the business by bringing structure, clarity and momentum to a wide range of operational activities within Norse Group Services Limited.
From facilitating forums and coordinating key initiatives, to turning data into meaningful insights and supporting business planning, your work will have a visible impact on how we perform and improve. You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, acting as a trusted point of contact who can connect people, information and actions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a dynamic environment. You’ll be naturally organised, proactive and confident managing multiple workstreams, with a passion for making things happen and seeing tasks through to completion.
Main Responsibilities:
You will support the Associate Director by:
- Drive momentum across our operational businesses by working closely with diverse stakeholder groups to track key actions and ensure delivery through accountability.
- Support the management team to ensure client business requirement are identified and monitored through cross‑functional forums (e.g. Best Practice Groups, Operations Board and project boards), creating clear agendas, capturing decisions and keeping actions moving.
- Turn data into insight by collating and analysing system usage, cost and audit information, translating complex datasets into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Play a key role in business performance by compiling, quality‑checking and submitting data for KPI reporting, insurance requirements and business planning cycles.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and partners while supporting supplier governance, including managing IT contract and licence renewal schedules and contributing to robust, evidence‑based business cases.
- Support a culture of quality and continuous improvement by helping to maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring accurate reporting, well‑managed registers and audit readiness.
- Contribute to high‑quality assurance and compliance activities by producing audit reporting packs and working collaboratively with SHEQ teams to meet regulatory expectations.
- Help shape how we communicate and present ourselves by coordinating and maintaining high‑quality communications and marketing materials including case studies, other collateral and corporate templates.
- Ensure clarity, visibility and progress across initiatives by maintaining structured action tracking and governance records, giving teams confidence that priorities are being managed effectively.
Candidate Requirements:

- Be comfortable navigating complex information, with the ability to turn data into clear, meaningful outputs that support business performance, assurance and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and software applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic database management.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance.
- Knowledge of compliance standards.
