The Brickmakers are looking for a live in/live out - Chef de Partie with a real passion for quality fresh food to join us in our very busy gastro pub.
Our chefs are real foodies who love cooking and being part of a busy service. They are passionate about working with seasonal, fresh produce, creating new dishes and supporting the head chef. Who are we:
Pearmain Pubs are a small group of 4 independently owned 'smart pubs' located in Surrey and Middlesex. Our other pubs are the Red Lion, Horsell, The Three Horseshoes, Laleham and The Old Plough, Cobham.
