Part-Time Parcel Delivery & Collection Driver – Evri Parcel Shops & Lockers
Location: Spennymoor and surrounding areas
Job Type: Part-Time, with potential to become Full-Time
Working Days: Thursday, Friday & Saturday
Start Time: 12:00 PM
Typical Finish: 4:00–5:00 PM, depending on route completion
Stops: Approximately 12–15 stops per day
We are looking for a reliable self-employed delivery driver to carry out an Evri Parcel Shop and Locker delivery/collection route.
This is not a high-volume residential multi-drop route. The work involves travelling between designated Evri Parcel Shops and parcel lockers, delivering and collecting parcels bags at each stop.
The Role
- Approximately 12–15 Parcel Shop/Locker stops per day
- Deliver and collect parcels bags from designated locations
- Route operates Thursday, Friday and Saturday
- Start at approximately 12:00 PM
- Typically finished around 4:00–5:00 PM, depending on how efficiently you complete the route
- Opportunity for full-time work for the right driver as more work becomes available
- Regular, ongoing work
- Weekly pay after 2 weeks
Vehicle Requirement – IMPORTANT
You MUST own or have reliable access to your own LWB (Long Wheelbase) van.
An LWB van is essential due to the parcel volume. Cars and smaller vans are not suitable for this route.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable driving an LWB van
- Able to load, unload and handle parcels
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage the route efficiently
- Professional when dealing with Parcel Shop staff and customers
- Previous courier or multi-drop experience is preferred, but not essential
This role would suit someone looking for consistent part-time courier work over three days per week, with the possibility of increasing to full-time work in the future.
Pay: £110.00 per day
