Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced waiter/waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent guest service skills. This role is ideal for someone that wants to join a small team at a growing family restaurant. A minimum of 2 years of restaurant serving experience is required.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring the best possible customer experience
- Extensive knowledge of our menu and wines, to provide guests with recommendations and guidance
- Ability to communicate well with guests, always transmitting a contagious positive energy
- Show passion for Spanish food and hospitality
- Handle booking system to maximise bookings and turns
- Keep a clean and organised Front of House area
- Maintain a high level of hygiene always
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality is a must (2 years minimum)
- Time management skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.50-£15.50 per hour
