ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are currently seeking an outstanding individual to support our Direct to Consumer / ecommerce trading website for Ireland. This role is critical to the ongoing growth and development of ghdhair.com locally and is responsible for the day-to-day management of all trading activities, conversion, KPIs, content development, promotional set up, affiliate activity and paid channels to deliver excellence across all digital touchpoints to increase ecommerce performance for the Republic of Ireland market.

Support the delivery of the ecommerce strategy for the Republic of Ireland, working closely with the Senior DTC Manager, Head of DTC and wider DTC team to drive growth and performance.

Manage the local ecommerce trading calendar, coordinating activity across departments to ensure campaigns, product launches and promotional activity are delivered on time and aligned to business objectives.

Execute onsite campaigns, promotions and product launches through the website CMS and backend systems.

Create and maintain promotional codes, product set-up and merchandising activity, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Monitor trading performance and key KPIs, identifying opportunities and working with the wider team to implement improvements.

Analyse customer and website performance data to uncover trends, insights and areas for optimisation.

Support the development of local content recommendations to improve onsite engagement, customer experience and SEO performance.

Collaborate with Global Digital and Creative teams to ensure content and site experiences support local business needs.

Provide input into ongoing improvements to website functionality, user experience and conversion optimisation initiatives.

Assist with user acceptance testing for new website features and developments before and after deployment.

Prepare regular trading and performance reports, sharing insights and recommendations with key stakeholders.

Work closely with local marketing teams across CRM, affiliates, paid media, social and PR to maximise the impact of ecommerce activity.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across local and global teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of plans.

Support forecasting and stock management processes by working closely with Finance and Supply Chain teams.

Collaborate with colleagues across Digital, Marketing and Ecommerce to deliver best-in-class customer experiences and commercial performance.

Contribute to the prioritisation and testing of new ecommerce and CRO initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
-
2-4 years' experience in an ecommerce, digital marketing or online trading role.

Good understanding of ecommerce fundamentals, including trading, conversion optimisation and customer journeys.

Knowledge of the Irish market and an awareness of ecommerce regulations, including Omnibus pricing legislation.

Experience using ecommerce platforms or CMS systems, with confidence managing onsite content and promotional activity.

Understanding of digital marketing channels such as CRM, affiliate marketing, paid media and SEO.

Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics to monitor performance and identify opportunities.

Commercially minded, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations that support business growth.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams.

Comfortable working with both local and global teams to deliver projects and initiatives.
