Working Pattern: This is a hybrid role with the expectation that you will be in the Salisbury office minimum 2 days per month. There may be a requirement for occasional travel elsewhere to support business activities.

· Expert Witness Network: providing specialist psychological assessments to courts
· Autism and ADHD assessment and support: providing assessment, diagnosis and support for children, young people and adults
· Assessment and Therapies: providing assessments and therapy to children, young people, adults and families
· Clinical Support to Care Providers: where our clinicians support independent children’s home providers
· Consultation and Training: sharing knowledge and expertise with individuals, organisations and teams.
We're looking for an organised, proactive and relationship-focused Workflow Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role that helps ensure our referrals, assessments and therapeutic services run efficiently from initial enquiry through to completion and invoicing.

About the role
As Workflow Coordinator, you will provide end-to-end administrative and operational support across our services, ensuring referrals are progressed efficiently, deadlines are met, and clients and affiliates receive an exceptional experience throughout their journey.
You'll work closely with the Operations Manager, Clinical Case Lead and service leads while acting as a key point of contact for referrers, affiliate clinicians and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
· Managing enquiries, referrals and customer communications.
· Coordinating instructed cases from referral through to report filing.
· Monitoring deadlines, milestones and workflow trackers.
· Supporting affiliates with onboarding, induction and ongoing administration.
· Maintaining accurate records within our systems, including our clinical record system, Tacklit.
· Processing invoices and supporting financial administration.
· Coordinating quality assurance and affiliate support processes.
· Supporting business development, marketing and customer feedback activities.
What we're looking for
Essential:
· Experience coordinating referrals, cases or workflows in a busy environment.
· Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Experience handling sensitive information and maintaining accurate records.
· Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
· A proactive, flexible and solution-focused approach.
Desirable
· Experience within health, social care, psychology, education or legal services.
· Knowledge of expert witness, diagnostic, or therapeutic services.
· Experience working from home.
