Legal Cashier – Hybrid after probation | Parking | 25 days holiday + Birthday
Salary: £25,000 – £40,000
Location: Solihull - Office based
This is an opportunity for an experienced Legal Cashier to join a growing legal practice where accuracy, trust, and attention to detail are genuinely valued. You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations of the firm across multiple offices, working closely with both finance and legal teams.

The Work
- Processing client and office account transactions in line with SRA Accounts Rules using Xero
- Handling bank reconciliations and daily financial postings
- Managing CHAPS, BACS, and electronic payments
- Supporting fee earners with billing and completion statements
- Assisting with month-end procedures and financial reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Legal Cashier within a law firm
- Strong understanding of SRA Accounts Rules
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage workloads independently and prioritise effectively
- Confident communication and problem-solving ability
- Experience of legal aid would be an advantage
