Due to increasing demand, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales & Social Media Coordinator to join our expanding team and help convert enquiries into appointments and sales opportunities.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, engaging with people through social media, building relationships and being rewarded for their performance.

All enquiries are generated through our website, social media platforms, WhatsApp, exhibitions and existing customer database, allowing you to focus on engaging with customers who have already expressed an interest in our products.
The Role
You will be the first point of contact for many prospective customers, responding to enquiries received through our website, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, exhibitions and CRM database.
Your role will be to engage with customers, understand their requirements, provide initial guidance, qualify opportunities and book appointments for our sales team.
This is a varied role that combines telesales, customer engagement, social media enquiry management and lead generation, making it ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and helping them take the next step towards purchasing a Tiny House.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify website, social media and exhibition enquiries
- Follow up leads from our existing CRM database
- Respond promptly to enquiries received through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and our website
- Engage with prospective customers through social media comments, direct messages and messaging platforms
- Build rapport with customers and identify their requirements
- Book qualified appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes within our CRM system
- Follow up customers throughout their buying journey
- Assist with social media engagement and lead generation activities
- Work towards appointment-setting and sales performance targets
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the enquiry process
What We're Looking For
- Previous telesales, sales, appointment-setting or customer-facing sales experience is essential
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- A confident, professional and friendly approach
- Strong organisational and follow-up abilities
- Experience responding to customer enquiries through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger or other social media platforms would be advantageous
- Comfortable engaging with prospective customers through social media comments, direct messages and messaging apps
- Experience converting enquiries into appointments or sales opportunities would be highly advantageous
- Self-motivated, target-driven and ambitious
- Competent using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Working Hours
39 Hours Per Week
Monday to Friday: 7 Hours Per Day
Saturday: 4 Hours
