Job description
This role is about working across the Customer Service Support team. You will report to the customer service team leader.
- Order processing
- Invoice creation
- Handle incoming calls, make outbound calls, and respond to emails to assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by actively listening to customers, identifying their needs, and finding appropriate solutions.
- Strive to build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalised and empathetic support, fostering customer loyalty, and addressing their concerns.
- Use of computer software for order input, document creation, recording information
- Assist in warehouse as/when required
Person Specification
Relevant experience: Previous admin experience would be advantageous but not essential.
Knowledge and skills:
· Knowledge of Outlook and general computer skills
· Respond to customer calls and e-mails promptly
· Dealing and resolving customer queries
· Able to work well as part of a small team
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Accuracy with an eye to detail
· Good numeracy
· Good communication skills
· Able to plan and organise
· Able to complete paperwork and count stock items
· Knowledge of safe manual handling
Person characteristics:
· Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Working Hours: 37.5 per week. Monday to Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am – 3:00pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,784.00 per year
