Furniture & Interiors Sales Executive – Lytham and Preston stores
We have an exciting opportunity to join an expanding sales team at our Lytham store, with flexibility to support our Preston store when required
As a key member of the team, you will deliver exceptional customer service, build strong customer relationships, and provide confident product guidance across our furniture and interior ranges. You will support the management team in maintaining a beautifully merchandised, organised and welcoming store environment, ensuring every customer enjoys an outstanding experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Your responsibilities will include;
- Deliver exceptional customer service prioritising customer engagement above tasking and ensuring every visitor receives a premium showroom experience
- Maximise sales opportunities by using a a confident, knowledgeable and friendly approach to customers
- Complete the full sales process through advising customers, providing product knowledge, completing sales accurately and processing payments
- Liaise professionally with other stores and business departments including, Logistics, Marketing and Head Office to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Maintain high standards of merchandising and displays ensuring the showroom is presented to the highest standard and well‑organised
- Ensure excellent housekeeping keeping the shopfloor and warehouse tidy and organised and assisting with incoming deliveries/admin
- Ensuring product and procedural knowledge is to the highest standard
- Participate and embrace all training opportunities presented by the company
- Being proactive, initiative and self-motivated
- Displaying market and trend awareness
- Being flexible and cooperative with the best interests of the business as a team player
Flexible working days to include weekends
Merchandising experience would be preferred but not essential
Job Type: Full-time or Part Time considered
