This role is a newly created function within the group, but you will join a hardworking team of colleagues that welcome you wholeheartedly. You will be supported by management who ensure your induction and ongoing training meets your needs to ensure you achieve your highest potential.

Main Duties:
- Making warm calls to existing customers - NO COLD CALLING!
- Manage inbound enquiries from customers
- Adhering to data protection
- Working within a busy after sales floor
- Confidently manage objections
- Advise and sell company products and services
- Manage CRM system and correctly enter customer data
Your working week would be:
- Monday to Friday - 8:30am till 5:30pm (with 1hour breaks)
- Flexy time is an option
