Overview:
We are currently seeking a Front of house to join our team in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will have experience in catering, food safety, and hospitality, with a passion for providing excellent service.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with their orders and provide recommendations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front end area
- Support with food preparation and serving when needed
- Assist with bartending duties during events
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to help out in various tasks as needed
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends
