About the Role
Urban Pitta is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Junction Road restaurant.
You will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including team management, customer service, food quality, stock control and financial performance. This is a hands-on position requiring strong leadership, sound commercial judgement and the ability to maintain high standards in a busy restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
- Lead, train and support managers and team members.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service and cleanliness.
- Prepare staff rotas and manage labour costs.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve agreed business targets.
- Manage stock ordering, deliveries, inventory and waste.
- Recruit, onboard and develop employees.
- Complete performance reviews and manage employee concerns appropriately.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety and company procedures.
- Oversee cash handling, banking and store security.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Report on store performance and implement improvements where required.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Restaurant Manager or General Manager.
- Management experience in hospitality, food service or a quick-service restaurant.
- Strong leadership and team-development skills.
- Experience managing sales, labour, stock and waste.
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of food safety and health and safety requirements.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
