This vacancy is for a 12 month fixed term secondment post to join the Business Change Benefits team as a Benefits Lead for the implementation of Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
The Benefits Lead is a senior manager within the Trust who reports directly to the ePR Programme Manager who has responsibility for the management and ongoing development of the Digital Transformation and Business Change function within the department.
The post-holder will work with Project Managers, Stakeholders and the Business Change team through the lifecycle of the programme to identify, capture, document and monitor benefits and articulate benefit realisation through the tracking process.
The post-holder will need to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, an enquiring approach and the ability to work autonomously with a passion for improving processes for the better. The EPR Benefits lead will need to be able to challenge, reason and discuss benefits aspects with key stakeholders to ensure an aligned approach as this will be vital to ensure benefits identification and evidencing.

Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) have come together in a Group arrangement, with the goal of improving the care provided to patients across the county.
This will not constitute a formal merger of the two organisations, but will bring the Trusts together under a single Board and Executive Leadership Team, with the goal of improving the care that is provided to patients both in the community and in hospitals across Lincolnshire. Both Trusts will retain their separate statutory names and legal obligations.
The Group will be known as Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group (LCHG).
