You’ll work closely with clients, media owners and internal teams to create work that is strategically sound, creatively engaging and commercially impactful. Designing and delivering branded content partnerships that clearly respond to client briefs and business objectives.

Project managing end‑to‑end partnerships across sponsorships, brand integrations, advertiser‑funded programmes and product placement.

Working with media partners to develop innovative, relevant solutions that align with agreed KPIs.

Leading negotiations to secure best value while ensuring compliance with trading agreements and pricing frameworks.

Producing clear, insightful reporting that helps clients understand performance and informs future planning.

Building trusted day‑to‑day relationships with clients, media partners and internal teams, knowing when and how to escalate issues.

Supporting the development of junior team members through clear direction, feedback and shared ownership of delivery.

Experience creating and managing branded content or partnership campaigns from brief to delivery.

Strong understanding of partnerships and sponsorships across a range of media channels.

A balance of creative thinking and structured project management.

Confidence in analysing campaign results and turning data into meaningful insights.

Clear, thoughtful communication skills, both written and verbal.

Comfort managing budgets, cost plans and financial processes with accuracy.
