Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Joiner to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, installing, and repairing structures primarily made of wood. Your expertise will contribute to a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial builds. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality craftsmanship. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills while working on diverse projects that make a real impact. Must have own tools, PPE and transport.
Duties
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install timber and other materials with precision using hand tools and power tools
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of projects
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by properly storing tools and disposing of debris
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to meet project timelines and quality standards
- Operate commercial vehicles for transportation of materials when required
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers, and screwdrivers
- Experience with power tools including drills, sanders, grinders, and nail guns
- Solid understanding of carpentry techniques for framing, cabinetry, and finishing work

Pay: £22.00 per hour
