We are looking for an energetic and detail‑driven Commercial Vehicle Valeter to support our Isuzu dealership operations. As part of the team representing the UK’s most trusted light‑truck brand, you will play a key role in preparing new and used Isuzu commercial vehicles to the highest standards and ensuring customers receive their vehicles in exceptional condition.
This role blends hands‑on vehicle preparation with customer‑focused delivery duties, helping us uphold the Isuzu reputation for dependability, quality, and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality cleaning, polishing, and detailing of Isuzu commercial vehicles, ensuring every vehicle reflects the brand’s professional standards.
- Complete pre‑delivery inspections to identify defects or maintenance needs before customer handover.
- Safely operate and manoeuvre a range of Isuzu vehicles, including Grafter and N‑Series trucks, following all safety and road‑traffic regulations.
- Support depot and site maintenance tasks, keeping the facility clean, organised, and aligned with Isuzu’s operational standards (including general upkeep such as grass cutting).
- Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and customers, reinforcing our commitment to excellent service.
- Accurately complete cleaning logs, delivery records, inspection sheets, and other documentation.
Experience & Skills
- Previous vehicle valeting or detailing experience is desirable; full training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presenting vehicles to manufacturer standards.
- Confident customer service skills with a professional approach.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and operate cleaning equipment responsibly.
- Experience driving commercial vehicles is an advantage.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing daily priorities.
