What You'll Actually Do
- Film projects, site visits and behind-the-scenes content
- Produce cinematic YouTube episodes
- Create daily short-form content
- Manage all social platforms
- Photograph completed work
- Build a content calendar
- Work with directors and staff to tell better stories
- Analyse performance and improve results
- Bring fresh ideas every week
What Success Looks Like
Within 12 months you'll have:
- Built a recognisable online presence for every business
- Helped grow enquiries through content
- Produced a consistent YouTube series
- Built a content library for future campaigns
- Become the person driving our media strategy

We're looking for someone who is obsessed with creating great content.
You don't need a degree.
You do need:
- A portfolio you're proud of
- Excellent filming and editing skills
- Strong storytelling ability
- Confidence around people and on construction sites
- A full UK driving licence
- A mindset of continuous improvement

Shortlisted candidates will complete a two stage interview, an initial formal interview at the head office, followed by a second stage which would be a paid practical assessment where you'll film a live project, edit one short-form video and present your creative approach.
Pay: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
