Job Overview
We are seeking an Office Administrator who will be responsible for providing accurate and timely administrative support to the warehouse and logistics operation. They will ensure all stock, order and warehouse transactions are processed correctly within the ERP system, maintaining accurate records and supporting the efficient movement of goods through the business. Working closely with the warehouse, operations, finance and customer service teams to ensure stock integrity, documentation accuracy and effective day-to-day administration of warehouse activities.
Experience & Skills Required
Essential
- Previous experience as an Office Administrator, Logistics Administrator, Stock Controller, or Supply Chain Administration role.
- Experience using an ERP system ideally SAP for stock and order processing.
- Strong administration and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.

- Purchase Orders
- Sales Orders
- Goods Receipts
- Stock Movements and Adjustments
- Credit Notes
- Experience collating and maintaining warehouse, dispatch, and customer paperwork.
- Experience counting and reconciling cash.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and operational environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Desirable
- Experience using SAP Business ByDesign.
- Previous experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, warehousing, logistics, or distribution.
- Understanding of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and warehouse processes.
- Experience liaising with warehouse teams, suppliers, customers, and finance departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Post goods receipts and maintain accurate stock records within the ERP system.
- Raise and process purchase orders, sales orders, and credit notes.
- Process stock movements, stock transfers, and stock adjustments.
- Count, reconcile, and record cash transactions where required.
- Collate and maintain all warehouse and office documentation, including delivery notes and customer paperwork.
- Support stock taking and stock reconciliation activities.
- Ensure all ERP transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Liaise with warehouse, operations, finance, and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Produce routine reports and maintain accurate administrative records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the operation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have proven office administration experience and be confident using an ERP system to manage stock, orders, and inventory transactions. Experience of SAP Business ByDesign would be highly advantageous and will enable the candidate to contribute effectively from day one. The individual will be highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working closely with operational teams in a busy warehouse environment.
