Make a real difference to our customers, every single day.
We believe everyone should have a safe, warm and well-maintained home. Our Responsive Repairs team plays a vital role in making that happen, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services that keep our customers' homes running smoothly and their experiences positive.
We're looking for a Responsive Repairs Supervisor to lead a team of skilled trade colleagues across our South and South East operating areas. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people, driving performance, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Our Responsive Repairs team is responsible for getting things right first time, whether that's plumbing, carpentry, fencing, decorating or general repairs. You'll lead from the front, supporting your team to provide an efficient, high-quality service that puts customers at the heart of everything we do.
What you'll be doing
Every day is different in Responsive Repairs, but one thing stays the same – you'll play an important role in helping our customers love where they live.
You'll be leading a team of skilled trades colleagues who keep our customers' homes safe, comfortable and well maintained. Whether it's supporting your team to succeed, working with customers to put things right, or finding better ways of doing things, you'll help create a service that's trusted, reliable, and genuinely customer focused.
You'll work closely with colleagues and contractor partners across the business, building positive relationships that help us deliver a great experience for our customers. You'll also use your knowledge and insight to spot opportunities for improvement, making sure we're providing a service that's efficient, high quality and delivers value for money.
Most importantly, you'll create an environment where people feel supported, empowered and safe, helping your team thrive while making a real difference in our communities.
What we're looking for
We are looking for someone who'll lead and support a team of 8 trades with a proven track record of at least two years in a comparable role within repairs, planned works, or voids management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, reactive operational environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to both people leadership and the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Why join us?
We're committed to creating communities and homes where people can thrive. You'll join a supportive organisation that genuinely cares about its customers and colleagues, giving you the opportunity to make a visible impact every day.
In return, you'll be part of a team that's ambitious, collaborative, and determined to deliver the very best service to our customers.
Ready to lead a team that makes a difference? We'd love to hear from you.
Interview will take place week commencing 7 September 2026 at one of our offices!
