Duties
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, manicures, pedicures, extra training can be given by our in-house trainer for various treatments.
- Provide personalised skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products
- Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services
- Promote retail sales of skincare and beauty products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to listen carefully to client needs and provide tailored advice
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to ensure clear understanding with clients and team members
- Organised with attention to detail in all aspects of treatment delivery and hygiene standards
- Ability to work flexibly within a team environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure
