Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hard Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor construction and landscape maintenance, with a strong understanding of horticulture and construction principles. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects, from garden design to large-scale landscaping installations, contributing to the creation of aesthetically pleasing and functional outdoor spaces. Duties
- Prepare sites by clearing, excavating, and grading the land to ensure proper foundation for landscaping features.
- Install hard landscaping elements such as patios, pathways, walls, fences, and decking using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Operate machinery including excavators and power tools safely and efficiently to facilitate construction tasks.
- Maintain existing landscapes through pruning, planting, watering, fertilising, and general garden care.
- Install irrigation systems ensuring proper water distribution across landscaped areas.
- Use hand tools such as shovels, spades, levels, and trowels for precise work.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to interpret project plans and specifications accurately.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during site operations.

Experience
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or construction is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge related to operating machinery like excavators is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and gardening equipment is essential.
- Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant care, soil preparation, and garden design is desirable.
- Previous work involving irrigation installation or general site maintenance will be considered a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Pay: £24,420.00-£60,708.37 per year
