The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a casual Retail Sales Assistant Ito join us at Burnley Football Club. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Club’s ongoing development and helping us deliver a first-class experience for players, staff, and supporters.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience of providing customer service.
- Prior experience of working in retail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent people and sales skills.
You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.
Role Expectations
As the Retail Sales Assistant, you will be expected to:
- Serving all visitors to our club shop.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to all customers and fans.
- Maintaining high standards on the shopfloor at all times.
