Overview
We are seeking bakery operatives to join our team. This role involves hands-on participation in the baking, decorating and packing of our delicious cakes. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained at all times. Full training will be provided. We have vacancies for different roles: bakers, decorators, coverers, packers.
Responsibilities

- Follow work instructions to ensure all cakes meet our quality standards
- Follow the production plan
- Follow Team Leader/ Manager instructions
- Minimise waste whilst working
- Follow H&S guidance
- Report near misses
- Follow Good Manufacturing Processes
- Paperwork completion
- Clean as you go
- Carry out any reasonable request made of you by your manager.
Skills/Experience
- Positive, flexible and can-do attitude
- Knowledge of the food industry would be an advantage, but not mandatory as full training will be provided.
Pay: £12.71-£14.40 per hour
