The Opportunity
We’re looking for a commercially minded Sales Executive within our Construction sector to take ownership of the sales lifecycle and support an established portfolio of construction customers and help us deepen relationships, increase share of wallet, and retain long-term business.
The Role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them from their initial enquiry to finalising their hire:
- Responding to incoming enquiries via phone, website, and email
- Advising clients on suitable hire options
- Preparing quotes, processing orders, raising contracts and invoices
- Taking payments and maintaining accurate records
- Working closely with our Operations, Marketing and Accounts teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Providing first-class customer service every step of the way
What You’ll Bring:
We’re looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm, and a real interest in learning. You don’t need bags of experience, just a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
- A can-do, positive approach to work
- Confidence with computers (experience with Microsoft Office is required)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
- A team player who enjoys solving problems and communicating with people
