Transport (Traffic) Planner – Carlisle
Due to continued growth, Bimson are looking to recruit an experienced Transport (Traffic) Planner to join our team at our Carlisle Head Office.

The role will involve:
- Planning and managing 15+ vehicles per day
- Optimising routes to reduce costs and maximise vehicle revenue
- Proactive planning to prevent delays and maintain service levels
- Working closely with fellow planners, drivers and operations teams
- Liaising with the Fleet Manager regarding maintenance schedules
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience in transport / traffic / route planning
- A strong understanding of Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Regulations
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- The ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
£36,000 – £45,000 OTE
Carlisle | Office-based (Monday–Friday)
