Production Operative
An exciting opportunity to become a permanent employee at an industry-leading manufacturer in Daventry. As a member of the production team you will be responsible for operating various sections of an automated production line producing 3000 to 4000 metres of corrugated rooflights and domestic roofing profiles per day, and will be entitled to the following benefits:
· Starting rate of £14.36 per hour (£34,369.45 per year) increasing to £14.94 (£35,736.48 per year) after successful completion of 3-month probation period, increasing further to £15.57 (£37,243.44 per year) once fully trained and competent.

· Tuesday to Friday 06:00 to 18:00 with some flexibility to do other shift patterns if required.
Applicant should be physically fit with a hands-on approach. Experience and awareness of factory environments, including forklift trucks, fume/dust extraction, and high-speed saws and manual handling. The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
· Good communicator and team player.
· Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
· Numerate and able to make accurate calculations.
· Product testing/measuring and Quality Control.
· Goods in/out duties.
· Potential for progression for the right candidate.
