Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the coffee shop
- Leading and motivating an established team
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Managing staffing, stock control, and ordering
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
- Driving sales, promotions, and local marketing activity
- Monitoring costs and maximising profitability
- Creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for customers and staff alike
About You
- Previous management experience within hospitality, cafés, coffee shops, restaurants, or similar venues
- A hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside the team
- Commercially minded with strong organisational skills
- Passionate about customer service and business growth
