We’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Chelmsford.
This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how marketing campaigns are planned, delivered and improved. You’ll support projects for clients across a variety of sectors, helping to strengthen brand awareness, coordinate campaign activity and keep each project moving towards its goals.

The Role
As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll work alongside the wider team to support campaigns from initial briefing through to delivery and review.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns
- Learning about different clients, brands and target audiences
- Preparing campaign materials and communicating key messages
- Coordinating day-to-day promotional activity
- Supporting brand awareness and customer-engagement initiatives
- Monitoring campaign progress and contributing to performance reviews
- Gathering feedback and identifying useful campaign insights
- Helping the team stay organised and meet campaign objectives
- Contributing ideas during campaign meetings and team briefings
- Developing your marketing, communication and commercial knowledge
As your confidence and experience grow, you’ll have opportunities to take greater ownership of campaign activity.
What We’re Looking For
Previous marketing experience is welcome but not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
